Use Home Screen Wallpaper. From here choose the icon for Go Multiple Wallpaper. Head to the wallpaper section.
From the My wallpapers section tap View All. From there select the video you want to use then leave the format options set as they already are mp4 and android. Once your wallpapers are picked If you tap and hold on the preview image you can modify and crop the image.
Scroll down to Live wallpapers.
Feel free to download share comment and discuss every wallpaper you like. Right-click on the File. If you use Go Launcher EX you can tap and hold down the middle of the home screen and you should get a menu bar on the bottom. To see your new Live wallpaper in action touch and hold the Lock screen.
